I worked at Sprint full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great place to work, cared about employees, great compensation. The only reason I left is because of the merger with T-Mobile. The company has gone downhill ever since. T-Mobile only cares about Legacy T-Mobile employees and are pushing Legacy Sprint employees out slowly but surely.

    Cons

    I do not have any.

    Positive Outlook

I worked at Sprint full-time for more than a year

    Pros

A lot of leeways and doing your own thing at work as you sell through using your best abilities. If you are a talker than you talk a lot, if you're good at being cold and informative and giving out the info needed, no one will say a word. All the personalities are welcomed and accepted and truly feels as a family.

    Cons

This all stops once you reach some level of management and authority. Once you get promoted you're barely given training, barely any time to adjust, and expected to hold the same work/life balance with barely even a pay raise.

I worked at Sprint full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Great team, corporate pay and benefits. Most District Managers and above are outstanding people to work for. Really great people in the main office!

    Cons

Micro management, high monthly targets (which is true in any sales position, to be expected) , some district managers are disconnected.
