I worked at Sprouts Farmers Market part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They are flexible with schedules depending on what department you work in.

    Cons

Harrassment from coworkers, customers and even managers. Many female employees had felt uncomfortbale around certain mangers who had made lewd comments. Not a fun place to work, not a place one would want to work for longterm.

    Advice to Management

Almost every department is understaffed. It's impractical to ask one person do the job of three people for the salary of one.

I have been working at Sprouts Farmers Market full-time

    Pros

Good pay for a first job, 15% employee discount, interactions with customers are usually pretty easy

    Cons

Long hours standing=huge pains in legs and back, lunch is only 30 min, finding time to talk to managers/discuss schedules is a nightmare sometimes

    Advice to Management

Make it easier for employees to contact management after hours so they don't have to waste their sitting down time (I'm fairly healthy and the standing is really an issue if you miss breaks)

    Pros

    A truly Diverse company. Sprouts

    Cons

    Pay rate discrepancies. Sprouts Market

    Advice to Management

Keep hiring people of all walks of life, the more diverse a company is, the more creativity, and a variety of talents the company will possess. However, a fair pay rate should be given to a person based on experience and job position.

I worked at Sprouts Farmers Market part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I like the freedom of overnights but there are many draw backs.

    Cons

People, and a pace that's expected that far exceeds your average pay rate.

    Advice to Management

This is the biggest issue of all with Sprouts. Consistency and communication. These 2 things are the biggest fall of this company over all. There are some managers that are just impossible to deal with and will make or break your desire to be there. There are also some you look forward to seeing and listening to and are happy to work for. No one communicates with overnighters, you feel isolated and not really a part of a team. Get us involved, please. We're busting it for you and giving up our entire days and schedules to work for you. Make it worth it for us too.

    Advice to Management

Give more career opurtinities to individuals

I have been working at Sprouts Farmers Market part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They will work with your schedule (mostly), fairly easy work, most people working there are pretty nice

    Cons

Management can be rude or at least come off that way, they don't really seem to care about what happens as long as they look good,

    Advice to Management

Stop taking out your issues on the employees, Understand that employees are only human and they will make mistakes.
