I worked at Sprouts Farmers Market part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Employee discount, Taste testing, Simple work

    Cons

Varying schedule, Detrimental policies, Apathetic management

    Advice to Management

The $5 Sprout's cards are a nice touch, but increasing employee pay would be better. No one keeps track of the amount of positive feedback an employee receives. The zero-tolerance policy on late arrival is detrimental to your business when late employees are also those with the best customer service and company involvement. You're producing a corporate culture that's pro-punctuality, but nothing more. A point system would wholly improve the involvement of your employees and managers.

    Cons

Management can be flaky. Took awhile for my store to really get established and run smoothly after it first opened; the right people had to fill the roles and it took longer than it should have.
