    Pros

    Great working environment, friendly atmosphere, filled with passionate, dedicated, team players who are excited about presenting Tony award winning performances to the public.

    Cons

    The turnover is high due to the transitory nature of Broadway productions. It is hard to find consistent work and become a regular.

    Advice to Management

    Please try to be sensitive to the needs of your workers, and be considerate of the desire for consistent scheduling needs of your workeers

    loving what i do while also doing what i love we now have just one way to go that's up UP and UP

    unnecessary Hick ups which have been appearing and the setting up of our processes which have to be brought in place on need to grow and grow fast
