    No work for most of the employees, If u want to experiment this is for you, free Tea and Coffee, SREI backup

    Loss making
    Lala culture
    Bad salary till Manager Level
    No Appraisal
    Few senior employees are running the organization

    Please pay hike to the employees and don't change the Strategy every month.

    Hiring Irrelevant Manpower not from the same industry and not even matching skills.
    Don't focus on big companies to hire their manpower that would not help to make the process smooth. You have to make your own process and the ownership & responsibility of each and every member of the company should be must. That will company when you value them and appraise them properly.
