    Pros

    1. Financially strong company as the parent company is SREI Infrastructure.
    2. Salaries are always on time.
    3. Supporting Staff

    Cons

    1. Company is not doing too good as like other companies for employees skill development.
    2. No learning curve.
    3. Need to change the top management in State Offices.

    Advice to Management

    Hiring Irrelevant Manpower not from the same industry and not even matching skills.
    Don't focus on big companies to hire their manpower that would not help to make the process smooth. You have to make your own process and the ownership & responsibility of each and every member of the company should be must. That will company when you value them and appraise them properly.

    public Ltd company, backup of SREI group.

    I learned and enhanced my knowledge about elearning in Sahaj, worked with a great team

    Cons

    office culture was ok but sometimes work load was very heavy

    look for employee's personal growth, provide Industry specific technical knowledge training

    Uneven Compensation,work-life balance is bad,personal growth is less

    Cons

    Disorganised way of working, Very often company 's shift of focus,Bosses are very non-understanding ,lack of standard process,very less professional & personal balance

    They should see why people are leaving the organisation after working for good period of 2-3 years.

    Joy of bringing empowerment to rural India. Contributing to nation building. Variety of unique challenges - no single concern is like another. Enough scope for experimentation. Access to the vastly untapped rural markets. Taking technology to the last mile.

    Cons

    Franchisee model. Diversified challenges worsened at times by the sheer vastness of dialects, cultures, economies, etc. Involves huge investments in manpower. Difficult to implement practices from other industries like FMCG.
