Salary scale is too little for the work that is performed. Even cadet pilots and newly recruited cabin crew members earns more than 5-7 years of experienced Technicians.Collective Bargain Agreement postponed for over 5 years.Increments not paid as agreed

Increase the salary otherwise no one would be happy to stay around

Company with multi ethnicity and culture. A friendlier work place with lots of excitement and happiness. Just culture in the company make staffs to have clear communication with higher hierarchy.

Cons

Poor management makes the company proceeding worse. No proper planning and vision leads to low enthusiasm from employees. No proper diversity of salary and benefits, further employees cannot find their proper path.

Advice to Management

Treat all the employees same manner. A complete salary scale refreshing to be done. Build the trust of company future among staffs.
