    Pros

    You'll get great experience really fast, lots of sick patients, the nurses have amazing team work!

    Cons

    They pay you like crap which is why the turn over is number one.

    Advice to Management

    Give your nurses (at least the good ones) fair and timely raises and you won't lose so many people

    Patient caseload is reasonable.
    Don't need to clock in and out.
    On site credit union and Starbucks.
    Free shuttle service from parking lot across the street.

    Cons

    No opportunity for increase in pay.
    Management does not vouch/speak up for their employees.
    High turnover.
    On call evening coverage.
    Must work holidays -- no extra pay.

    Advice to Management

    Make immediate changes and listen to suggestions from the staff that are actually performing the work everyday, rather than focus on what "upper management thinks is best"

    Mangement does what they want and serious concerns are not addressed.

    Pay attention to the mangers that oversees the departments with a high turn over rate and write ups.
