    Pros

    You'll get great experience really fast, lots of sick patients, the nurses have amazing team work!

    Cons

    They pay you like crap which is why the turn over is number one.

    Advice to Management

    Give your nurses (at least the good ones) fair and timely raises and you won't lose so many people
