    Pros

    Great students and supportive families.

    Cons

-The Head of School is terrible. The Heads of the middle school and upper schools are unprofessional and do not value their employees. -Benefits are terrible -They overwork the teachers and morale is terrible. Teachers don't feel valued. Excellent, experienced teachers are leaving, and the ones they hire in place have low expectations. 9th grade English has quiet time. Really?
