    Pros

Compensation. Also, the membership are truly remarkable.

    Cons

My feet are destroyed. This is not a career for those who are not in peak physical condition.

    Advice to Management

Please offer some training programs so that more workers can find the American Dream. Other than that, please accept a "thank you".

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook

    Pros

A great learning tool for hospitality. Amazing banquet events and dabbing into decent fine dining.

    Cons

International staff takes precedence over full time employees when it comes to overtime.
    Revolving door for management
    Members are never happy....ever

    Advice to Management

Replace food & beverage manager immediately.

  3. "Long hours, hard work and a sometimes difficult membership"

    Pros

Most of the staff are wonderful.
    Decent staff meals provided.

    Cons

    Very long and unsociable hours.
Some of the members can be extremely fussy and difficult to deal with at times, oftentimes bordering-on harassment.
    No tipping policy.

    Advice to Management

Managers need to take a more hardline approach towards some of the members treatment of staff. Some members are notorious within the workforce for their treatment towards the staff, yet have been allowed to continually get away with it.
