I have been working at St. Barnabas Hospital full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    It’s a paying job and that’s all!

    Cons

The lowest paying out of all hospitals in every department.

    Advice to Management

    1) pay more 2) communicate wit the employees and help don’t sit there doing nothing while the rest of us are struggling. 3) don’t hold the people working accountable.. hold the ones who are not working accountable. 4) treat people with respect. 5) acknowledge people’s hard work and accomplishments. 6) don’t lie and take credit for others suggestions to improve processes like it was your idea!
