I worked at St. Cloud State University part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Full time staff was great to work with, as I was a student at the time. The schedule was incredibly flexible, and I was able to work around a full time class schedule along with athletics.

    Cons

As with most jobs, the only way to learn a lot of the answers are by doing the job. There was a new question everyday, which made it fun for me, but might be a negative for some.

    Advice to Management

Try to hire a more stable staff.
