    workload, patient ratio short staffed (just like everywhere)

    They support their mission and initiatives . Listen and respond to employees. Growth opportunities are available and encouraged.

    Cons

    Lack of on board training will cause many hours of frustration, say placing an order or fixing a leaky faucet. You get to figure things out and hunt for a person who may know the answer.

    Advice to Management

    Staffing is too low in many areas, it is hard to take PTO and work with others.

    discounts on a lot of things in area

    everyone person should be the judge of their own position values ,I don't believe in giving negative views based on my experience when it could be a great one for someone else, I will state the insurance stinks, you pay a lot and get less

    Can work from home a few days a week . Environment is good as far as people being able to work together.

    Cons

    Communication is not always the best between departments. You have to train multiple applications to multiple offices.
    Always very busy.

    Pros

    Family like atmosphere. Management is great to work with and employees treat each other like family. Salary is fair and equal

    Cons

    Weekends are required. Benefits are a little expensive but there are several plans to choose from. Food choices are limited for employees at certain campuses

    Pros

    Very employee oriented. Always looking for ways to improve your work experience and to help their employees to grow in their job and education.

    Cons

    We are very frequently understaffed. It is unsafe to the patients and causes undue stress to the staff. They have staffing schedules that are rarely met.

    Advice to Management

    Hire more staff and allow for more staff on the schedule
