I worked at St Elizabeth's Medical Center (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great community of nurses and medical staff. The cardiac surgery program is wonderful and the ICU provides outstanding care.

    Cons

Staffing is and always will be an issue. the ICU is very large with many specialties. It can be isolating and nurses get very burned out.
