I worked at St Francis Hospital part-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Co workers, one of the primary reasons this hospital has stayed in business it the floor staff, not management just the floor staff.

    Cons

Budgets is poor, thus lack of new equipment or just proper stocking is a regular problem, but the staff makes little look like a lot. surrounding area to a certain degree is also questionable.

    Advice to Management

Appreciate your staff, not just the minorities according to the political standard but all your staff
