    I worked at St Francis Hospital full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Worked with a lot of great people and enjoyed speaking to many patients. Clean environment.

    Cons

    New company buy out with more strict guidelines in terms of not as helpful to patient financial needs. Removed a lot of positions in the billing department. Benefits became more expensive and no raises w/in 5 years of employment to help with yearly insurance changes/premiums.

    Listen to your employees needs as well as patients.

    Great employees. Decent benefits. Tuition reimbursement, must stay a year after it it granted.

    Cons

    Bonuses for Nurses and Doctors, no raises of bonuses for other staff members. Many directors and managers have been here a long time, outdated thinking. Punitive and retalitory environment. Manger will block transfers as means of payback Your work and day to day activities are monitored, no monitoring for senior staff.
