I worked at St. John Hospital & Medical Center full-time

    Pros

Awesome co-workers. Great hospital in general. Patients were always taken care of, all the employees worked as a team.

Over staffed at times. It could get overwhelming, feeling as if you were in competition with other staff.

    Advice to Management

They all do a wonderful job for the majority of the time

I have been working at St. John Hospital & Medical Center full-time

    Pros

Flexible schedule and some managers are pretty good. You can tell they want to do right but their hands are tied by politics and other garbage. Many changes have begun but negative attitudes and fear of change are hindering them.

    Cons

Tertible benefits. The RN is held accountable for all the work that the other "team members" neglect. The PCTs are extremely lazy yet are able to keep their jobs. It is very difficult to find working equipment and you spend the majority of your time searching for things or on the phone because the computers don't worm.

    Advice to Management

People should be held accountable for their attitudes and lack of work ethic. You shouldn't be able to refuse to do your job or intimI date others so they don't ask you to do your job.
