    Pros

    The culture is one of caring and compassion. People want to work here because of the amazing culture. Collaboration is key and people feel that they are heard. The employees truly believe in the Mission of the Sisters of St. Joseph and providing quality care is always priority. The leaders embody the values of the organization. It is not just talk it is action.

    Cons

    I cannot think of any cons but sometimes parking can be hectic.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to stay visible to the employees. They love to see their executive management team and talk to other co-workers about their visits.

    Pros

    SJO has the best work environment I have ever had the opportunity to be a part of. The mission and values are real. You see them every day. People care about each other. You can feel in when you walk into the place. Opportunities to learn and grow are all over the place.

    Cons

    Parking needs to be better.

    Advice to Management

    Keep listening to employees, stay visible and accessible. Treat your staff like the amazing resource they are. Take great care of them and they will take great care of patients and families.

    The hospital has a wonderful culture that is very inclusive of all faith traditions. They support employee wellness and the highest quality clinical practices for patients.

    Cons

    Sometimes things move a little slow. For example; the hospital needs additional on site parking for staff..
