    Good teamwork, an eye for exact care. Trending to increased trauma care. A good place to work.

    Shifting management common in this small hospital.

    Stick with your strong nursing staff and reward length of time worked.

    Benefits are good, even though they were better under the sisters. The work environment is okay. Lay offs create some paranoia amongst current employees.

    No real communication, although they try.

    Too many obligations for management. Need to be able to focus on job and not on all the ancillary responsibilities.

    Coworkers are very friendly. Everyone works well together.

    Management is too detached. They don't look to the employees that do the real work for advice on major patient care decisions.

    Pros

    Very personable and friendly staff, always feel valued and that you're making a difference. You know that you're helping out therapists and they thank you for it every day

    Cons

    Sometimes you end up doing more work than planned/stay later than planned, not enough pay for the job you do.

    Advice to Management

    Increase pay with the amount of years worked, amount of effort put in, etc.
