I have been working at St. Joseph Regional Health Center full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great place to work. Friendly environment and caring staff from environmental services to VP status.

    Cons

Due to expansion of company there have been a lot of changes. Some are not so favorable.

    Advice to Management

Although saving money and cutting costs is important bedside care and patient satisfaction is also very important. A nurse at the bedside can only endure so much before patient care is compromised.

They offer flexible schedules for PRN employees. I was a student when I worked at Saint Joseph, so this worked out great.
