I worked at St. Julien Hotel & Spa (Less than a year)
Pros
Great co-workers and company culture. Everyone adheres to high standards and hard work is recognized and rewarded. Employee appreciation initiatives are highly valued by management (big party twice a year, employee of the month, others).
Cons
None that I can think of.

I worked at St. Julien Hotel & Spa full-time (More than a year)
Pros
I’m torn between my review because the managers above me were the best bosses I have ever had. The front desk manager and guest services manager are the reason that I stayed there for the time I did. They truly care about you and try to make accomadations to your needs. It’s a grueling job though, if you like being yelled at by people, this is the job for you.
Cons
The owners could not care less about you unless you work in management.
Pros
Wonderful Great place to work
Cons
difficult to use the online application

I have been working at St. Julien Hotel & Spa full-time (More than 3 years)
Pros
Beautiful environment. Fun benefit perks (discounts and small appreciation efforts)
Cons
Terrible management. No one at the top knows whats going on, and all mid level managers hide all the problems to protect their own jobs.
Pros
Great management, amazing benefits, absolute growth potential, the ability to learn a lot, & amazing exposure to the hospitality industry. Also great employees!
Cons
The hours can be a bit rough to get used to. Great to decide whether you are a morning person or an evening person before starting this job.

Cons
Good employees are not valued
I worked at St. Julien Hotel & Spa full-time (Less than a year)
Pros
Weekly pay, eco pass, free employee meal , i really did like it when there was a few employee that spoke english, HR people are very nice, good benefits
Cons
Most of the employees don't speak english from Nepal, very bossy, they don't treat you well.
The leaders take 30 minutes breaks and vip room , nobody says hello, gooodmorning they think they're better than you!!
Advice to Management
My advice to supervisors is keep an eye on people you leave in charge, come on 2 30min breaks alot those nepal people lazy
