There are pros and cons to everything

St. Luke's offers a great benefits package for full time employees. The health, dental and vision insurance is fantastic at a great price which in this day and age is always a plus.
Cons
The pay that we are given is atrocious, especially considering the work that we do. The scale in my current department is about $5 between lowest and highest yet we all do the same job. The salary that we are offered isn't a living wage and as such it is the main complaint. The other complaint that I and my coworkers have had for awhile is the management. Our manager does nothing to help us and HR is just as difficult to get things done through.
