    Great people to work with, was able to learn the nuances of group sales and how ticket sales work.

    Cons

    no pay. Can be slow at times

    Lots of very nice people.

    Cons

    Culture of nepotism. Very few minorities are able to grow within organization.

    Better treatment of part-time employees.

    Pros

    I learned a lot of real life experience that I have used in jobs since. Very hands on.

    Cons

    They push ticket sales to Lightning games even if you don't work in sales all employees are pressured to sell tickets or season packages to games.

    Pros

    The money is great, the staff is supportive, and work is quick. I work in the club and money in a 8hr shift ranges from $150-$300. Recommend anyone with experience in hospitality industry to apply and take advantage of this employer.

    Cons

    It is work only on events, so u may work only 2x a week. But that's the ONLY con I have about bartending in the CLUB at St. Pete Times Forum

    Advice to Management

    Not much advice, you guys are good with keeping the good employees happy, and getting rid of the useless ones. Great job on making our work experience as easy and pleasant as possible.
