    Pros

    This facility has a wide range of resources, professionals, and equipment, as well as a diverse caseload to support your career.

    Cons

    This facility’s caseload is very full, and space can be limited at times. Locations are tough to get into and out of with your car at times.

    Great facility.

    Opportunity to grow in organization, additional education required. Work on your own, no direct oversight, easy access to team leader when needed.

    Cons

    Driving day shift is difficult with current and future traffic. Evening shift is easier in this regard.

    Did not care about employees and focused entirely only meeting grant numbers.

    Your administration staff help make the hospital run. Give us the respect we deserve.

    Learn alot of things and meet alot of new people and make new friends. Also good to have a good work team with.

    Under staffed to much over worked employees.needs to improve pay for all the job titles the cnas have to take on.

    Pay better to staff better and have less ipen employment slots.

    Flexible scheduling and float pool provides a variety of learning experiences. Great entry level job for those looking to continue with school.

    Cons

    Lack of communication is a problem, especially in the float pool. Some floors are hard to “fit in” with.

    Improve communication, some floors could be more welcoming to techs and nurses coming to help them.
