This facility’s caseload is very full, and space can be limited at times. Locations are tough to get into and out of with your car at times.

I have been working at St. Peter's Health Partners full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Most of the people are great.
Continuing Care Division (The Eddy) is second to none!

    Cons

Losing autonomy with the merger. Local affiliates are beholden to corporate and unable to innovate as in the past.

    Advice to Management

Go back to the days of LEAN, where line level staff were excited to be a part of the solution and not just a cog in the proverbial wheel!!

    Pros

    Pros

The physcians are wonderful to work for. Great learning experiance if you can make it through dealing with office management.

    Cons

No growth potential, low salary for the amount of work demanded, no raise after demanding employees are certified, unappreciated, unfair treatment depending on who you are and if management likes you.

    Advice to Management

Advice to HR- look into the poor treatment of employees, listen to concerns without employees fearing retaliation. The amount of work load and pay is no where near equal.
