      StarStarStarStarStar
        Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at St. Peter's Health Partners full-time

        Pros

Reasonable autonomy and a salary scheme that reflects national averages. Retirement match.

        Cons

Mergers in recent years have contributed to the sense of distant faceless overlords making decisions for employees without the latter's input.

        Advice to Management

Engage providers- physicians, advanced practice nurses, and physician assistants in real decision-making, even if they can't attend committee meetings or sit on boards. Require at least a bachelor's degree for administrative posts, including office managers and practice managers.
