    The pros of St. Regis is that it can offer a person stability and good benefits overall.

    Advice to Management

    Recognition seems un-genuine and forced. As oppose to playing politics with employees who become tired, try doing more roundtables to promote happiness and growth within the organization. Too many office politics.

    Competitive salary and great benefits

    Cons

    Overall the hotel is a great place to work the benefits are a big incentive, coming from such a strong management body i would have preferred this location to invest more in effective strong managers.

    Better training is required for them to better execute the jobs.

    They treat you like family.
    You are extremely respected

    The downsides were that management didn't always give you one on one time, but mainly because they were extremely busy.
