    - Good Salary and Packaging features. - Huge number of Employees.

    Cons

    - Political challenges. - Extremely poor Management. - Financial issues in the Public sector. - Most of the seniors have been there for more than 10 years without improvements.

    Advice to Management

    - Rebuild your org chart in order to enhance the communication. - Provide training to your senior management. - Apply the national standards and use best practice.

    Nurses award rate is the same across Victoria

    Cons

    The most poisonous place I have ever worked. Blame culture. Bullying of experienced nurses to new nurses. Older nurses eating their young. - Most of the seniors have been there for more than 10 years without improvements. Promotion goes to favorites even with no post-graduate certificate/diploma/masters. - Financial issues as they are counting the nurse: patient ratio. Unsafe...
