    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at St. Vincent's Hospital full-time

    Pros

Looking after patients in need and make a difference in their lives

    Cons

Almost does not pay overtime at all to hardworking junior doctors who works ridiculous amount of overtime(sometimes 30 hours a week) and provide a fantastic service to patients. Management refuse to discuss overtime and refuse to cover sick leave which end up harming patients.

    Advice to Management

Pay your doctors fairly, treat them like human beings.

Badly organised nepotism alive and well, people walking in to cushy numbers from Govt organisations. Top salaries & no work for management. Pretentiousness & ineptitude from medicis working in admin/supeevisoey/management. Total waste of taxpayers money. Lower paid workers doing incredible work. No respect for people if they aren't Govt cronies or medically trained. St Vincent's hospital is an example of waste,...

    Advice to Management

Source some real talent. Admin, managers, Directors with real business acumen. Current situation of *headhunting, I.e. cronyism is adding to backlog of work, inefficiency, intolerable attitude from management to people who are working in Records, Admin/PA, customer service roles.
