    Pros

    SCI believes in teamwork and helping others achieve professional goals. The ability to run your own desk and make pertinent financial decisions are key to financial growth and that is highly encouraged at Staff Care.

    Cons

    A major downside is the sheer amount of calls that are mandated in some departments. Hitting a call quota isn't always conducive to finding quality doctors, it just looks good on paper.

    Advice to Management

    Advice for management is to review some of the antiquated practices expected. Listen to employees for fresh ideas and ways to conduct business.

    Pros

    I loved working at Staff Care, great benefits and perks, uncapped commission, second to none training.

    Cons

    Phone activity was micro-managed. Manage based on results, not the number of phone calls a person makes.

    Advice to Management

    Less focus on activity, more focus on results.

    No ceiling on earnings. Fun and positive culture. Well recognized brand amongst customers.

    As with any large organization, there can be politics.

    Pros

    Very easy to deal with. Helped me credential at the hospital. Reached out often to make sure all was OK. Really great!

    Cons

    Not a w2 job, only 1099. Doesn't work if you want to get a mortgage.
