I have been working at Staff Force full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The staff with staff force are very nice and try to be very helpful with finding a job as soon as possible.

They only have a couple companies that they can put you with and the turn over rate for those companies is very high. Pay is not that great.

    Advice to Management

Find more companies to partner up with so that employees can receive jobs sooner. Try to find companies that are willing to hire on sooner rather than later. Try to increase the pay.
