    Pros

Great leadership, owner was always there and always willing to help do even the little things around the office like cleaning toilets. She was a workaholic!

    Cons

Pay was ok but by far not great. Bonuses were really good.

I have been working at Staffinders (Less than a year)

    Pros

They placed me at a nice company and I enjoy the people that I work with. The project I'm working on is good and am happy to have the work.

    Cons

Recruiters were not knowledgeable on the interview process and did not help me at all. I felt like they just were throwing my resume at the company and left me to sink or swim. Once I was offered the position, I wasn't even told what the hourly payrate or pay cycle was. Had to fight to get this information.

    Advice to Management

Train your recruiters! They need to be more professional and work with their candidates instead of paper pushing. Also, would be nice to offer benefits.

    Pros

Staffinders maintains a very upbeat enviroment and there is a work hard but have fun philosophy that is so hard to find in companies today. They understand that a happy employee is productive

    Cons

As a company it grows very slowly so there is always quite a bit of work to do and bettween deadlines and rush orders things can get a little hectic.
