    Pros

The recruiter kept in touch with you to make sure you were satisfied with the placement. They made sure you were receiving the salary you deserved.

    Cons

It's temporary employment. Can be very unpredictable when working under a contract.

I have been working at Staffing Now (Less than a year)

    Pros

Some of the recruiters are nice and they do seem to genuinely care about getting you on an assignment in a timely manner.

    Cons

They are rapists. They under pay you and don't give increases when you have been on an assignment for over 6 months. They have ridiculous rules about a certain amount of hours needed in a specific time in order to qualify for holiday and vacation pay.

    Advice to Management

STOP raping the hard working employees for the money that they honestly deserve and work very hard for!!!

I have been working at Staffing Now part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I came into Staffing Now with a resume full of retail and restaurant experience, wanting a receptionist job. They helped me get just that and negotiated a fair pay for the job. I have the opportunity to turn this into a job where I'm working for the company, not Staffing Now. The team helping me were wonderful about finding me plenty of opportunities.

    Cons

A bit disorganized at times, I had multiple people reaching out to me without any explanation of who they were and how they knew who I was.

    Pros

I really enjoyed helping a lot of the great candidates who came in to find new roles, restart their lives and help.employers work on orders they needed help with.

    Cons

-they are terrible with internal feedback
    -lots of internal turnover
-HR is impossible to get a hold of
-pay and commission structure is poor
-they will suddenly hold you accountable for things they never mentioned
-rapidly closing offices and losing $$ because of poor director action and losing suits

    Advice to Management

Replace some of the arrogance and rudeness in the management structure. Do background checks on management role players. Stop putting yourself in position for lawsuits. Don't lie in the process or commit potential illegal motions after termination.

I worked at Staffing Now full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Pay is good but that is it. The pay or compensation is good or reasonable. They work with good companies or have connections with good companies.

    Cons

They lie to you, they are never straight with you. They are not professional at all. They do not know what they are doing.

    Advice to Management

Go back to training. Learn how to be a leader. Tell the truth and do not be a wimp. Get to the point and be straight forward.

I worked at Staffing Now full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Helping people with their resume and finding work.

    Cons

I knew going into this job that staffing companies had a bad wrap. They are liars, cheaters and con artist. Upper management is a joke. They are rude, and egotistical to their employees. You are just a number.

    Advice to Management

Grow up. Get some new Directors.

I worked at Staffing Now part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I was able to work most of the time (I was looking to get as close to 40 hours as possible and probably got 30 hours a week on average). My supervisor got me a really nice job for a temp--data entry, boring and repetitive but no phone work whatsoever.

    Cons

It doesn't always seem possible to get 40 hours a week unless you want to commit to something longer term. Even if you do, there's no guarantee they'll find you something.

    Advice to Management

My supervisor quit without telling me beforehand. I was caught off guard. Some sort of notification that she quit and my account was being transferred to someone else would have been nice.
