    I worked at Staffmasters full-time

    Pros

The process of getting a position at Staff Masters is simple to degree and have a few jobs available to choose from in different locations. They could use more.

    Cons

On the other side things, There is little follow up on employees of staff masters. Even when a recruiter has left. If you call the office don't expect any call back. Promises of great chances of getting hired on right away is a 50/50 chance. Be aware of what you are being told.

    Advice to Management

Improve a set time for follow up on employees and be aware of the clients real promises to its future employees.

I have been working at Staffmasters part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The pros of working at Staffmasters is that I couldn't find a full-time job in a small town called Salisbury. After my interview with the company, I was hired immediately to work a part-time job that I am very happy with the staff.

    Cons

They don't tell you that their full-time positions are only 32 hours a week and you aren't entitled to any paid holidays, vacation or sick time when they employ you.

    Advice to Management

Be completely forth coming with the full-time status when hiring new employees.
