I worked at Staffordshire University part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Very flexible. Worked as a Student Ambassador and I could basically choose which jobs I wanted to work. Staff and management were super helpful and friendly and the pay was excellent!

    Cons

Many jobs are 'first come first served'. My first year was hard as many jobs wanted students who had 'experience' within that job..

    Advice to Management

Take the time to get to know the staff members better, as often we knew 'of you' but didn't know you very well. Otherwise, just continue as usual!

    Pros

Placement opportunities are offered. If you can get one then that's well and good.

    Cons

Information Centre confuses you a lot.

    Advice to Management

Communication between all the campuses should be updated.
