I have been working at Stage Stores full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The majority of managers, VPs, are great people that seem to really care about the happiness of their employees. This is a good place if you truly have a self-starter attitude and you can take on as much responsibility as you want.

    Cons

Due to no best practices in training and almost zero professional development the people that stay long term don't have the skills or expose to tools that most professionals have access to today resulting in antiquated ways to run a business.

    Advice to Management

If you want to keep talented employees and not just those that are looking to clock in 9-5 raise pay or invest in professional development.
