    Pros

location of garage is good as i live in the east london area, travelling to the garage is the difficult at all as a bus route goes right by it

make life easier for the spare drivers who keep getting undervalued on a daily basis

    Pros

The security of working such a huge company, excellent holiday entitlement, strong sense of camaraderie among office staff.

    Cons

Complete lack of dialogue between management and staff, red tape, cramped office conditions, horrible "them and us" type atmosphere.

    Advice to Management

More communication with "lesser" staff would be highly beneficial. At Stagecoach, it's incredible easy to feel lost in the corporate machine, and you'll never feel valued by those pulling the strings.

    I worked at Stagecoach full-time

    Pros

Days off, and finishing your shift.

    Cons

No prospects, no management recognition. Too much responsibility as a driver, for little pay.....

    Advice to Management

The management at stagecoach in South Wales (Cwmbran) depot and possibly the company as a whole, need to have more people skills or at least be educated enough to acknowledge the importance of the people they employ. After all they are the face of the company. Look after your employees correctly, this includes wages, moral, respect, and career prospects, and they will want to work for you. Lose any of these and you will have drivers leaving for a better and more rewarding career.
