    Pros

    Pay, free oyster card plus one for nominee, overtime if wanted.

    Cons

    lack of flexibility, unsociable hours, can be really stressful

    Stop treating people as numbers

    bus pass thats about it

    Cons

    management very bad all they want to do is sack and have people in the office seems like if you are a grass they love it gets you everywhere if not they dont want to know no support no help

    Advice to Management

    listen to the employes and stop sacking them for stupid things higher management should look who they are leaving in charge of depots higher management get away with what they like they dont care all they care about is money

    I have been working at Stagecoach full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    there are none.they want everybody at the lowest wage.you can earn more at asda warehouse for less stress.they pay minimum wage for training.long hours.they lead you to believe you'd be working 38 hours when its more like 48 and above.

    Cons

    insufficient training for driving.they just want to hurry you out there driving.willing to sack you for even knocking a mirror off.management haven't even driven a bus so how can they stipulate how to do the job?

    Advice to Management

    go and work for mcdonalds flipping burgers.thats all you're good for.

    Pros

    Good, firendly colleagues at the lower levels. Good pay for easy work. If your face fits you will go far.

    Cons

    Incompetent middle to upper management at the local level. Honestly is treated as a crime. Almost all policies are completely ignored until they are used against you.

    Advice to Management

    Practice what you preach and follow all of the procedures set by group regardless of cost. You operate a big, money earning business so act like it.

    Pros

    Reliable income with a rota that you can plan what shift you will be on weeks/months in advance. Ability to swap dutys to arrange home life

    Cons

    Unsociable hours
     bad tempered passengers
    Management and supervisors with little experience not much prospect of promotion unless your friendly with management

    Pros

    If you do your job you will get left alone
    Once on rota, you know what you are doing
    People you work with are amazing and a good laugh

    Cons

    Waited at least 10 months to go on a route
    Management is always against you and never by your side
    Passengers
    Some duties are too long, no social life or family life
    Pay structure is rubbish compared to other companies

    Advice to Management

    Stick by your drivers, listen to your drivers, don't max us out because that makes us too tired which is bad because we focus less and let us have some family time

    Pros

    you get a free oyster card but thats after a long wait

    Cons

    you get rushed in the training
    if you want to leave in the first 2 years you have to pay back 3 grand!
    the hours they make you work are crazy one day you will start at 6 am then the next day you can start at 4am then the next day 10am.
    long breaks in weird places
    you work for 6 DAYS some times 7
