I have been working at Stagecoach full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Good, firendly colleagues at the lower levels. Good pay for easy work. If your face fits you will go far.

    Cons

Incompetent middle to upper management at the local level. Honestly is treated as a crime. Almost all policies are completely ignored until they are used against you.

    Advice to Management

Practice what you preach and follow all of the procedures set by group regardless of cost. You operate a big, money earning business so act like it.

there are none.they want everybody at the lowest wage.you can earn more at asda warehouse for less stress.they pay minimum wage for training.long hours.they lead you to believe you'd be working 38 hours when its more like 48 and above.

    Cons

insufficient training for driving.they just want to hurry you out there driving.willing to sack you for even knocking a mirror off.management haven't even driven a bus so how can they stipulate how to do the job?

I worked at Stagecoach full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    Not a single thing !

    Cons

Management a joke all they want to do is point the finger. They never back their drivers and have no duty of care. Your an easy target expected to put up with people spitting swearing and abusing you without saying or doing anything if you do your in trouble. If you like a managment that uses the big stick this is the company for you. HR should be asking why so many experienced drivers are leaving.

    Advice to Management

Back your drivers stop the big stick approach
