    Good benefits like health insurance and pension.

    Cons

    It is a large organisation that moves very slowly. Getting change takes a lot of effort. Technical equipment and software often outdated.

    Pros

    International purpose and expertise in the worlds growth engines. Excellent and seasoned banker brought in to reposition the group in 2015, and a lot of positive changes implemented. The results from Q4 2016 and into 2017 will start to show the hard work.

    Cons

    Too internally focused, but a lot of focus is being placed on improving the client experience.

    Advice to Management

    a lot of layoffs have staff quite distracted and worried, targeted retention through clear career paths and visibility would be key.
