I worked at Standard Chartered Bank full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great exposure to take on multiple projects at one time. Also, great people to work with.

    Cons

Being confined to the global model and not being able to be so hands on because of back office operations in India.

    Advice to Management

Consider expanding the idea of the global model. In North America, companies and corporate culture are different then that of Europe- that should be taken into consideration.
