I worked at Stanford Health Care full-time

    Pros

    -Great Projects/work
-Good insurance plan and health benefits
-Parking at tech center is easy compared to parking at the hospital
    - Great training, documentation and mentoring

    Cons

    - Micromanagement- Lots of it
    - Nepotism/ Favoritism
    - Lack of credibility for work. Huge workload with hardly any appreciation
    - Lack of professionalism from management ,especially people who moved from Accenture
    - Very Rude manager, no team building activities, people work like robots, lots of negativity and politics. No Work- Life balance. No appreciation for the hard work, sometimes manager would take away your work and portray as their own.
No 360 degree feedback to report the unfair ethics by management. Employee Engagement surveys are not anonymous, if you try to tell the truth , it will fire back on you.

    Advice to Management

    - Treat your employees better- they are your best resource! People are willing to give their 100%, only thing they ask back in return is some respect and appreciation.
    - Introduce 360 degree feedback
