    Pros

Pay is Good, Benefits are Good, Magnet Recognition, High Acuity, You Learn a Lot, Work with world renown physicians and researchers.

    Cons

Too many Filipino nurses makes for a one sided culture, Management is “hidden” you never see them because they’re always in meetings or hiding in their offices, very understaffed, too much call and too difficult to get vacation time when you want it. Burn out is rampant.

    Advice to Management

Come out of your offices and meetings so we know you are available to staff. Hire more nurses to reduce call requirements and so we can get vacation when we want it...there’s no work-life balance when you are a staff nurse at Stanford.

    Cons

WORST company to work for. They don’t treat you fairly. Stanford is all a FRONT. They make it seem like they’re a family but once you reach out for help, they go against you. Stanford ALLOWS bullying. Nothing but a bunch of stuck up upper class white folks.

    Advice to Management

    Be HONEST
