I have been working at Stanford University full-time

    Pros

Laid back. Nice pay and good environment. It makes your feel at home and so mice as being at work.

    Cons

The pay could be better but what can you expect from a job that doesn't require you to have much experience let alone a degree.

    Advice to Management

None really. Everything they do is great. And they really help us all to improv in our work so that we can be better.

I worked at Stanford University full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Stanford is the best place to work. Period. Beautiful campus with a thriving pulse of innovation, top notch benefits and the best non-profit pay in the bay.

    Cons

There really aren't any other than limited funding for my particular project.

I worked at Stanford University part-time

    Pros

Extensive tours and showcases of different university facilities, excellent communications team, good in-office environment, preparation for non-academic jobs, and interesting work.

    Cons

Sometimes, project leads were fairly unresponsive, leaving students with little work. However, this is more a function of the problems with tenure than with CESTA.

    Advice to Management

Promote yourselves! CESTA is doing, hands-down, some of the most exciting work on campus. People should know about it because they will want to work there.
