    Fantastic job out of college! Gives you the opportunity to travel and have a flexible work schedule! Awesome seminars provided by the company in Maryland.

    Cons

    Usually don't have a team of co-workers nearby. To move up in management you need to be willing to move.,, if that isn't an issue than this is the job for you!

    Very laid back culture with experienced professionals who care about your development and sucess

    Cons

    IT systems are dated and disorganized making a large part of many employees jobs updating spread sheets and hunting down information

    Advice to Management

    Emphasize idea generation around business process improvements. Lost of waste can be trimmed out, making employees more productive with respect to actually driving the company forward
