    Constant change and a lack of vision and stability from upper management

    Pros

    Good benefits and a relaxed work atmosphere. Stock options. Ability to work remotely. 30% travel and a good life work balance. I enjoyed everything outside of the politics of this job

    Cons

    Lack of training and direction. Expect job role, goals, expectations, and commission to change drastically annually. Upper management changes often and new management typically has no experience in field. Upper management lacks vision and direction and the ability to communicate expectations and has a lack of market understanding
