      Pros

Solid mobility, decent work life balance, supportive management

      Cons

Need to move around to get promoted, pay is below market rate, lots of restructuring which makes you always fear for your job, they're value money over people, expensive benefits.

Overall not a great place to work for from reward perspective for employees.

      Pros

Have good systems and mature processes for many of the areas. Supply Chain in particular is managed quite well.

      Cons

Not fairly/well rewarded. This is not only just monetary but from your career advancing, work load/work life balance, development opportunities, and of course financial compensations.

      Pros

SBD offers great benefits and career opportunities

      Cons

There is no work-life-balance. Recent years have produced several rounds of layoffs and work gets piled onto the people who were already juggling the work of 3 to begin with.

      Cons

      Worst company culture

Oct 7, 2020 - Financial Analyst in New Britain, CT

      Pros

Compensation is on par but lacks merit increase consistency

      Cons

Job security (continual layoffs to achieve targets because that’s a “play in the playbook”). Work life balance is non existent with the continually shrinking workforce and lack of investment in systems. Reporting and forecasting tool was rolled out poorly and creates more time constraint issues with multiple daily lockouts.

      No appreciation or loyalty

      Pros

Honor system with no pressure to come into the office for work. Very flexible with schedules and vacation

      Cons

No real reward for hard work while overworking employees impacting their work life balance. Nepotism at its finest. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve worked here or how hard, they only shift existing managers around or bring in management from the outside even if someone on the inside is more qualified. If you are on the inside you have to be in their “circle” to be considered for management regardless of work ethics. Hard work is overshadowed by your own manager’s performance or the drama and politics going on behind the scenes that may not involve you, but will impact your career. Opportunities to learn new things, but no opportunity to move up. No loyalty to employees. Leadership continually changes their vision and is out of touch with employees who are in it day in and day out and who understand the processes more closely.
