    Pros

I had an amazing experience with Star Gas Parnters. They have a very family oriented organization. They encouraged me to grow and learn about new areas of the company.

    Cons

There are a lot of employees and management who have been with the company since the start of their career sometimes making it difficult to change processes.

    Advice to Management

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Star Gas Partners. If I relocate back to the tri-state area I will be reaching out to you!

I have been working at Star Gas Partners full-time

    Pros

work life balance is very good. People are great.

    Cons

Place had little in the way of process for key components of the business, however they are working on it. Company is top heavy.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of all the excess managers and hire some ground level people who actually get work done.

I worked at Star Gas Partners (More than a year)

    Pros

You get a paycheck. Unfortunately nothing more to say. You get benefits, insurance. Some representatives try to do their best. You get some commission for selling service agreements.

    Cons

You HAVE to work at least 3 weekends on top of your regular hours. Very tense environment. Racism is very bad. They don’t care about their customers when they ran them out of oil with no heat, no hot water is not an emergency.

    Advice to Management

Management from NY should come without saying anything to check this office in Newtown.
