I have been working at Starbucks part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The customer interaction and relationships. The benefits are great. Flexible hours. Fun! The teamwork.

    Cons

Keeping up with the changes that happen pretty frequently. Remembering launch dates for example.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work, and some improvements to the app would be appreciated by the customers.

I have been working at Starbucks full-time

    Pros

Vacation, benefits, discount and free lb of coffee weekly

    Cons

If you don't brown nose you won't make it here. The company has lost its soul. Paid holidays are paid but we are expected to work. Partner resources doesn't want to help and if you report your boss you will get a huge target on your back. It's a good Ole boy small town company. Howard would be disappointed

    Advice to Management

Act like you care about the workers. Quit saying "business needs" as an excuse to treat us like robots. Get rid of the supervisors who don't have people skills and quit worrying about yourself and looking good.

I have been working at Starbucks full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

great pay, benefits available of just after 6 months also you only need to work 20 hours a week. Looking forward to going back to school and finish getting that bachelors degree well eligible partner(partners who are benefits eligible are eligible for this incentive) can receive full 100% tuition reimbursement. Coffee masters classes are available to further your knowledge about coffee.

    Cons

Extremely Hard labor, if your not able to keep your composer in a fast paced environment where tons of things need to get done then this job might not be for you. Leadership expects a lot but your only so limited, as well as lack of being able to expand your career opportunities at different parts of the plant. So many people so little positions to be filled. Its not what you know and what your good at its who you know.

    Advice to Management

Take care of your Partners, because they are the ones who are taking care of you behind the scenes.
