I worked at Starbucks full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    -Great benefits
-Paid for college (ASU online, but still)
    -Company puts partners (employees) first

    Cons

Corporate philosophy doesn't always trickle down to the district and store level. Can easily seem like any other garbage fast food job without the proper management.

    Pros

Good people, my district is full of hardworking people who care about each other.

    Cons

Make minimum wage, and the way they set up the pay raises, I will always make minumum wage. They give you a raise right before the minimum wage rises.

I have been working at Starbucks part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The people i work with are so friendly and nice and it is honestly the best working environment, you get to meet new people all the time and see certain people all the time because they are "regulars" and it's just an overall awesome job! Pays well and i love it

    Cons

their are really no cons, sometimes when it gets busy it's a bit much but when your employees help with dishes and taking orders it make it a whole lot better and less stressful
