I have been working at Starbucks part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great benefits that only require working part time

    Cons

    Large turn around in partners

    Advice to Management

Do not change the operating hours for all Starbucks. I do not appreciate that Starbucks is treating every store the same regardless of the store's performance.

Being able to create the drinks and learn to differentiate between the different flavors and under notes of the coffees.
