    Pros

college benefits if you do not have a degree. If you have one they will not pay for additional credits.

    Cons

They are so concerned about cutting labor costs that the work environment is frantic, stressful, and overwhelming. It did not used to be like that.

I have been working at Starbucks full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Happy environment
    Happy partners
I can write my own schedule
    Dependable staff
    Loving partners to work with
Regular customers can be so cool
    Fast paced

    Cons

District managers lie frequently for no reason. I've have 5 and the last two were so bad I can't even stomach it anymore.
District managers are not promoted from within and so they don't know what they are doing for like 2 years. Just long enough to run a district of store managers into the ground. This in turn makes really great store managers look for other jobs.

    Advice to Management

Please just stop playing favorites. Sitting back on that fat paycheck built on the backs of 9.00 am hour baristas! Pay needs to be fair and it's not. Not even close.
