    -Worked there for five years never expected to stay so long but coworkers were a blast
    -free starbucks
    -customers were awesome made a lot of friends there

    Cons

    -excessive cleaning
    -doing more work then the supervisors
    -pay sucks

    Pros

    Great company culture from the top down. Depends on who your specific manager is, however.

    Cons

    Wish all employees got free coffee year round at any starbucks location worldwide. One per day or something along those lines would be outstanding.

    Great fun and nice salary tons of benefits always helpful understanding i miss working there. Wish they provided opportunities to make even more than they do.

    Cons

    It's very corporate not much individuality however many customers prefer that i think. They obviously know what they're doing over there

    Management isn't divided equally. Shift leads and ASMs are held most responsible.

    Break up the responsibility between management positions in a store level.

    Amazing benefits, and a great work environment. Lots of interaction with people and fast paced but generally pleasant.

    Cons

    Occasionally you do have to deal with angry customers jonesing for caffeine but it's generally outweighed by more positive experiences.
