    Offer great benefits, coworkers are helpful and kind, regulars are normally sweet, management does the best they can to accommodate busy schedules.

    Cons

    Some of the customers can be mean

    Advice to Management

    Two way cameras in the drive through freak out some of the customers and make the partners uncomfortable.

    We get great benefits, including free coffee, free food, and 30% discounts at stores and online. We meet new people every day and it's a great place to be

    It's definitely a challenge to memorize every acronym, drink and to be able to recommend things. It gets busy but it's all worth it

    Great benefits are offered, employees have good policies to keep the store running smoothly. I worked here for 4-5 years and loved it.

    Some of the managers are terrible.

    Please be careful when hiring managers. They make lots of major store decisions.
