I have been working at Starcom MediaVest Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Winter break (Christmas to New Years)

    Cons

While I can't speak for the Chicago office, the NYC office is poorly run.
    - there is no training or people investing
    - there is little flexibility to move around the company
    - there have been harassment cases that HR did nothing about
    - senior management does not show employees appreciation
    - communication is disgraceful/senior management is not transparent
    - pay is below standard
Some client teams are better than others (avoid Visa at all costs and parts of Samsung).
