    Pros

Great benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, legal assistance, travel assistance, tuition reimbursement program; Great voluntary benefits including auto, renter's, and pet insurance; Great perks including a whole lot of paid holidays, paid flex days, generous paid vacation, free breakfast everyday, free beverages, an iPhone 7 or Galaxy S7, discounted gym membership, on site bar with drink specials; Great coworkers; Basically too many great things to name

    Cons

It's a large company so everyone can have a different experience depending on what team you're on, so some people can get overworked while others can have a more laid back role yet still get paid the same

    Pros

The employees are all very bright and (most) are passionate about what he or she does. The people who have been there for a longer period of time love their jobs. You get good training from your supervisors (this depends on how organized your account is), so you learn quickly even if you have little to no experience in the industry. Also, the casual dress code, free food all the time, and the decent holiday and flex days off are nice benefits. Great social and team events as well.

    Cons

Super long work hours for pretty low salary (which is why the employee turnover is constant and many teams are understaffed), thus a pretty bad work/life balance. This job is very mentally and physically draining if you're not passionate about it or advertising in general. Additionally, it's hard being a POC in digital media as you are often targeting other communities of color for their "purchasing power," because you know, POC are monolithic audiences and all think the same (this is an industry-wide issue).

    Advice to Management

Better pay for associate and other entry-level positions, but apparently people have been asking this for years. Seriously though, there are too many associates working like 10+ hours a day with no overtime.

I worked at Starcom Worldwide full-time

    Pros

Starcom had an enjoyable atmosphere, one similar to other agencies. There were many young professionals. Employees worked hard, but also could have fun. Pay was decent.

    Cons

The change to an open floor plan was difficult. There was no privacy and it became too loud at many times to focus.

I worked at Starcom Worldwide full-time

    Pros

Good benefits, location, and place to kick off career.

    Cons

Understaffed, underpaid versus industry standards, crazy work hours and expectations. Burns out employees. To get a proper raise, you have to quit and come back.

    Advice to Management

Make sure you're staffing teams and doing so correctly for proper support. Have more respect for their employees and be more realistic about transitions.

    Pros

Leader in the industry and provides training to all employees. Collaboration with other teams is promoted and encouraged. It was a nice atmosphere to work in.

    Cons

Slow to promote people. There isn't any upward mobility if you are part of a small team. Long hours so work life balance isn't great
