    Pros

    market leader and appreciated by customers as a good supplier.
    Reasonable work load. Well located in the center of Israel, but not in the congested area of Tel Aviv

    Cons

    Management lack vision and too many frequent changes in the manaement team. Some of management are too many years in the same position...

    I worked at Starhome full-time for the more than a one year
    A lot of opportunities to learn new technologies

    Cons

    Not a stable & noisy work environment with a lot of internal politic
    A lot of managers per one working horse

    Advice to Management

    It is preferable to check your balance on time

    Pros

    Good professional people, willing to help each other. All colleagues are like a family.

    Cons

    1. No future for company, at least not in Israel.
    2. Current company trend is to move all possible activities to India
    3. Big company with start-up behavior - no clear directives, no documentation, lack of knowledge.
    4. No social investments for workers, actually no investments in workers at all.
    5. Small salaries.

    to e honest- cannot think of anything

    Cons

    - no management
    - if you get promoted they will make you work for at least 2 years until you get a raise
    - everything is closing now and moving to India
    - all others that wrote positive reviews most have worked in other company but it's surely not Starhome...

    Advice to Management

    try prefer quality over quantity- in reference to moving all departments to India

    I have been working at Starhome full-time (Less than a year)

    Great people.
    Some interesting projects.
    HR team organizes many activities for employees and their families.
    You get to work with customers from around the world.

    Cons

    Most of the work is maintenance.
    Not much investment in scaling the company's infrastructure for future projects.
    Limited options to advance professionally, if you're not interested in becoming a Project Manager...

    Advice to Management

    Try to find the time and resources to compensate hard-working employees, so that they feel appricated.

    Great opportunity to learn about mobile networks and see the world (50% abroad)

    Cons

    Constant pressure . No room at all for personal needs. The project comes before the employees.

    Listen to your workers!
